Shipping within the United States: 3-5 business days. Please fill out our shipping form completely. D’Serv will deliver to the address you have given us. You will be charged a new shipment charge if it result that it was an error on the customer.

We ship via United States Postal Service. We do not any responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue quickly. The customer has two business days after delivery to report lost or stolen packages. We will dispute and file a claim with the carrier after investigation. (Rates subject to change). Holiday shipping: 3-10 business days, Please note that orders placed during the winter holiday season may experience slightly increased delivery times due to post office closures. To assure your product arrive in time, please place your order two weeks in advance. Shipping Internationally: 5-10 business days, The cost and delivery timeline may vary depending on the country and weather conditions. If our company cannot process your delivery, you will receive a refund notice by email. *Please note at this time we are unable to ship to Nigeria. D’Serv offers discounts and free shipping promotions to repeat customers and on product orders over $250.00. You also may be notified and given a special code to receive a discount. Our Return Policies, All sales are final, Exception: if there was a fulfillment issue on our end , we are more than happy to correct the error.
