Our Shipping Policy
We ship via United States Postal Service and FedEx. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, but we will do our best to help resolve the issue quickly. You have two business days after the scheduled delivery to report lost or stolen packages. We will dispute and file a claim with the carrier for investigation.
Please fill out the shipping form completely to ensure proper delivery. D’Serv will deliver to the address provided by you. You will be charged a new shipping charge, if a delivery issue is due to an error on your part.
Shipping within the United States: 3-5 business days. Shipping Internationally: 5-10 business days. The cost and delivery timeline may vary depending on the country and weather conditions. If we are unable to process your order, you will receive a refund notice by email. Holiday shipping: 3-10 business days. Please note that orders placed during the winter and holiday season may experience slightly increased delivery times, due to post office delays and closures. To ensure your product arrives in time, please place your order at least two weeks in advance.
D’Serv offers discounts and free shipping promotions to repeat customers and on product orders over $250.00. You may be notified by phone or email with a special code to receive a discount.
